IT Cosmetics will soon lose its founders – Jamie Kern Lima, and her husband Paulo Lima. The couple are the co-founders and chief executive officers IT Cosmetics, which they sold to  L’Oréal in 2016, and will leave by the end of September, WWD reports.

According to WWD, Kern Lima stated, “After fulfilling my three-year, post-acquisition commitment to continue my role as ceo of It Cosmetics, and with the business doubling in size since the acquisition, the time has come to step away and into an exciting new chapter.”

Forbes notes that Kern Lima is currently L’Oréal’s only female CEO.

L’Oréal’s Patrick Kullenberg will take the reigns as global brand president.
